I love the giant puff...That does look magnificent. I love the giant puff of crust and never make mine with a bottom.. all those extra calories for soggy mush when the top is crisp and delicious. I seem to remember skipping the bottom crust on the swanson as well. It is great comfort food and each one is a little different depending on what's in the larder.
