Wow, this workshop sounds great! Suggestion: Put little bottles of garum on the tables like the hot-sauce you'd see at a diner.

The Workshop was fabulous! We cooked ourselves silly, ate a LOT and drank a lot too. And I think everyone learned a great deal!
